Incredible surroundings, very friendly staff, wonderful spa. We came by car. I parked outside and the receptionist offered to take my car to the parking lot. It snowed during the night before our departure and the staff were friendly enough to clean the car before we departed. The spa is incredible, they even have those stone sofas one can relax on after a steambath or a Finnish sauna. All in all, a wonderful experience. Not to mention breakfast which was something that blew my wife and I away.
The fact that we could only stay one day, as we had to travel to our next destination.

The hotel location is great with the black forest just outside, although the interior looks outdated and in great need of a major refurbishment, especially in the hotel's own restaurant, which needs an update. the service was friendly, and the room was clean, although small. the lobby looks nice, and the cafe offers a heartwarming cappuccino that is delightful.

The quality of the hotel, the staff was very attentive, every detail in the decoration is of very good taste. The park of the hotel is very well kept. The spa is exellent. In other words I can only recommend this hotel and I shall be back as soon as I can. The location is very peaceful.

The rooms were immaculately kept, and the spa treatments were good. The outdoor and indoor pools were well-maintained and never overcrowded. The hotel's location in this city was excellent, with beautiful garden paths and sculptures, and it was very peaceful.
Nothing to fault.

As one of the small leading hotels of the world, Parkhotel Adler is a high class hotel with excellent service and spa area.
Unfortunately there were constructions during our stay which were not communicated upfront and our room was directly next to the construction site. However the hotel acted quickly and we were allowed to change rooms (upgrade) and received a reduction in our hotel rate. The value for money and taste of the food is the restaurants was a bit disappointing. Once a waiter served the wrong dish, even after I asked for confirmation if this is my chosen dish. I rarely ate the dish and when cleaning up the table, I asked again another waiter who then confirmed that this was not the fish I chose before. However instead of apologizing and offering a replacement, they charged NOT my fish ordered BUT the more expensive one which they served! Restaurants in the hotel are not recommended!

We had a luxurious stay at this exclusive hotel. the spa and wellness center, along with the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, were outstanding. the massage and beauty treatment we received were beyond excellent. We spent some time at the sun terrace and garden area with open-air bath, which were both well-maintained and peaceful.
The WIFI connection in the room was not that consistent.

You really feel very well taken care of, with very large and luxurious rooms, very kind and professional staff. Hotel has own park and an exquisite wellness with several saunas, pool, jacuzzi, etc. This family-owned luxurious hotel beats most 5* chain hotels.

Had a relaxing New Year vacation in the Black Forest. The nature walks were a plus and the antique furniture in the room was welcoming. The breakfast selection was good and the egg/pancake cook was a nice addition.
A few things didn't live up to expectations. The staff was not very accommodating and did not provide us with enough information about the hotel's facilities.
